End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 21, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and WWJD Global Outreach, Inc. ("WWJD") and governs your use of the WWJD.COM SuperApp.

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and WWJD only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. WWJD, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

2. Scope of License

WWJD grants you a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple or Android-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the respective App Store Terms of Service.

3. Maintenance and Support

WWJD is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Application. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

4. No Investment Advice / Charitable Status

WWJD Global Outreach, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. The Application may offer opportunities for financial partnerships and charitable donations. You acknowledge that:

  • All financial contributions are voluntary donations to a non-profit mission.
  • No content within the app constitutes financial or investment advice.

5. User-Generated Content & Conduct

The Application may allow users to post content. You agree not to post any "Objectionable Content" (defined as content that is defamatory, hateful, or illegal). WWJD reserves the right to:

  • Moderate: Review and remove Objectionable Content.
  • Filter: Use automated tools to prevent the posting of harmful material.
  • Terminate: Expel users who violate these community standards.

6. Warranty & Product Claims

In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple/Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple/Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. WWJD is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability or legal non-compliance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession/use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, WWJD, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, and settlement of any such claim.

8. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
